Breaking a multi line text object in separate lines

Sometimes we need to separate the lines of a text object. For instance to release those to layers for animation in After Effects.

This can be a rather time consuming task.

A more convenient way to do this:

1. Paste the multi line text in a text object
2. Save it as a .pdf, with 'Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities' switched off
3. Open the .pdf in Illustrator
4. Voilà: separate lines, eacht with its own text anchor
